3) Sign up on our website for the VIP Home Request Form. You will then receive daily emails of homes that fit your criteria as they hit the market! Or if you prefer, search homes at your convenience from this website for free.
4) Once we find you the perfect home, we will expertly negotiate on your behalf to get you the very best deal possible, and attempt to secure an accepted offer for you.
5) We will personally walk you through the additional steps needed to close on your home, like providing guidance through your loan process, arranging for home inspections, perform walk throughs, etc.
6) Sign your loan docs if needed. (We attend all loan signings with our clients to ensure that everything goes smoothly).
7) Move in to your new home and enjoy!!!
